Mutual Understanding
Welcome to the details of our B2B partnership – the Term and Conditions. The guidelines outlined aim to foster a mutually beneficial and successful relationship between Little Black Tux and each valued retail partner.

PRICING
To maintain price integrity, the Buyer is not permitted to discount the Seller’s listed price. Prices are as stated and are subject to change.

PAYMENT
Net terms are not provided at this time. Payment must be made at checkout and accepted forms of payment are credit card, PayPal, or Shop Pay Installment.

SAMPLES
​Mannequin displays are recommended at each retail location. Seller offers 25% discount for up to two complete tuxedo sets, including jacket, pants, shirt, and vest, for display purposes. Sample purchases must be made within 2 weeks of becoming a retailer. No exceptions.

FULFILLMENT
The Seller ships all orders within 1 business day. Expedited shipments will be dispatched on the same business day if placed by 1 pm EST.

DROPSHIP
The Seller does not dropship. All orders initiated by the Buyer will be directly shipped to the specified retail location address.

RETURNS
Returned items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if received within 30 days of the
order’s delivery, following the Seller’s established return policy. Buyers are advised to inspect goods upon receipt and report defects within 10 days of the delivery.

BRAND VISIBILITY
All Buyers will be listed on the Seller’s website as a retailer, displaying the Buyer’s retail location and contact information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Buyer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including Seller’s branding content,
trademarks, and copyrights, belong to the Seller. Seller’s collection of all photography and videography may not be edited without permission from the Seller.

TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.

By accepting our invitation to create a customer account, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms in accordance with this mutual agreement.
